  • Interior and exterior cleaning
  • Turn on utilities: air conditioning/heat, water, gas
  • Clean and bring out garden furniture
  • Grocery shopping (upon request)
  • Personal welcome and property walk-through

DURING YOUR STAY

  • Recruitment, screening and management of house employees
  • Pool, spa and garden maintenance
  • Grocery and personal shopping with delivery (upon request)

AFTER DEPARTURE

  • Complete interior and exterior cleaning
  • Laundry services for bed linens and towels
  • Clean and put away garden furniture
  • Turn off utilities: water, gas, electricity (upon request)
  • Close and lock the property and turn on the alarm

Our Home Management Services are offered in 3 flexible packages for a monthly or annual fee.
We can also create a package that is tailor-made to meet your needs.

  • Collect and deliver bed linen and towels to laundry

  • Grocery shopping according to your request

PACKAGE CONDITIONS

  • The cost of purchased items or third party services are not included
  • After hours (9h00-18h30), holidays and weekend services may incur additional cost
  • We respectfully request payment be made in advance of service rendered
  • We accept payment in cash or bank transfer
  • Prices are billed in 30 minute increments
  • Notification of less than 24 hours will be assessed a €25 service fee
  • 24-hour notice is requested for all services, although we’ll always try to fill last minute needs
  • Should it be necessary to cancel a scheduled service, we require a 24 hour notice
  • Failure to provide a cancellation notice will result in the full price of service being charged
  • VAT not included
